Please note that full payment must be made to ensure that your purchase is successful. Upon successful transaction, you will be able to view and download your invoice. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. Items will be packed with care to prevent damage before delivery.
We only ship domestically within Singapore and will be expanding our shipping worldwide in the near future. If you are located out of Singapore and keen to purchase our products, please contact us directly via email with the details of items and quantity & your shipping address to (Sales@thehealthclub.sg) or WhatsApp (+65 8877 0056) if you wish to place an order. Payment can be made through credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), Paypal facility or Bank Transfer.
Standard Domestic Orders: 3 – 5 working days from dispatch on non-peak or festive season, SG non restricted zones only.

International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis based on the weight of your order, product category and the country of destination only, not including any applicable taxes or other charges.
Tracking of parcel is available on International delivery services. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel once it has been dispatched.
Customs or import duties may be charged for your order. Kindly refer to your country’s relevant authority on this as we have no control over these charges and information of what they might be. Any other charges must be paid by the recipient of the order.
Delivery time quoted is based on estimation. Items may take longer time depending on logistics clearance and it may be delayed by days when subjected to custom checks and inspections. Delay may also occur if delivery location is situated in suburban areas.
Customs in some countries may confiscate or delay the shipment based on their own policies. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcel as it is beyond our control. As much as we do not want that to happen, it is imperative that you understand the possibility of it. Please check with your country’s authority before placing the order. No compensation will be provided for the above.

Other information for delivery
The items will be packed with care to prevent damage. Shipping is currently fulfilled by local door to door courier service @ S$5 (3-5 working day), however please allow longer working days to fulfill during peak/ festive period or lockdown period.
Please note that the indicated periods for delivery are based on orders with completed transaction before 1800hrs.
There are strictly no returns unless items are damaged or defective upon receipt. Report of defective products must be made via email with image attachment to Sales@thehealthclub.sg within 3 working days.
Please note replacement of the same item will only be done for unused item. No cash refunds will be made unless the item is out of stock.
